Michelle M. Halaska has been a certified, licensed, holistic body worker for almost 2 decades. She has been in private practice incorporating three important elements: mind, body and spirit. Counseling about the benefits of meditation, diet and receiving massages. She believes food unifies all three elements to optimal health and well-being. Hippocrates was quoted, Let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food. Healing through food is a wonderful adjunct to other therapies, creating a solid foundation to assist in maximizing other therapies. Passion of food as medicine has inspired her to become a raw food chef and instructor. Her focus is to educate and empower people to be active in their own healing process. However, equally important, is to have fun and create awesome tasting food!
