Practicing your energy work outdoors increases the intensity of your energy balancing as you are more directly absorbing the balancing energy of nature. The nearby trees and plants send you their prana. The sun sends its prana to you. If you can do the work near a natural body of water, you open yourself up to this rhythm and balancing action. If you do the practice on natural dirt/grass, you benefit from the healing earth grounding energy. Look at your routine to see if you can include natural surroundings into at least some of your energy balancing time. Yoga done outdoors is truly blissful.
